Webinar Insights Document

Project Overview

Kantar XTEL’s marketing team wanted to produce a document that combined insights and advice from a webinar series they hosted in which leading brands in the industry shared their successes, struggles, and implementation process. A document was drafted with all the copy and handed off to me for production of the final document. The main priorities for this project were strong company branding, easy navigation through the document, and easily scannable. An underwater ocean theme was chosen for the blue and yellow colors, in line with the company branding. Clickable navigation buttons were added to the design to skip between chapters. And important quotes and facts were highlights on the right side of the page to make for easy scanning.

Once the document was produced and signed off from marketing several assets were needed to help promote it on social media. These included square images for 2 separate LinkedIn posts and a banner image that could be used on the company’s LinkedIn page. Collaborating with the marketing team was a great opportunity to learn how to highlight the enticing features of the final document on social media to help drive readership.
